When I photograph your portrait, I want your session to be all about you.

I like to capture real and natural emotion, after all that is what our families are about, the love we feel for those who are closest to us, whether that be our children, our parents and grandparents, our partners or even our pets.

My work is individual and each session is different, relaxed and fun so that I can capture beautiful images of your family in your own way.

Your portrait sitting takes an hour so you and your family can relax, enjoy yourselves and not feel rushed, it ensures natural images, lots of different expressions on the kids faces which show off their individual character.

The best photos are usually not posed and don’t have perfect smiles. Children photograph best when they are free to explore and enjoy something new.

My outdoor studio at Mulgoa, just 15 minutes drive from Penrith, and is a beautiful country setting on a 25 acre farm with great backdrops for relaxed, candid, fresh images of couples, families or large group portraits.

Kids love looking around all my props and the cows in the paddock are usually a big hit to distract them if they are feeling a little shy.

You receive 80-100 images on a High Resolution USB (sometimes more than this as I don’t limit the amount I take during your shoot) in a mix colour, black & white and sepia from your one hour portrait sitting.

Pregnancy & Newborn Shoots

Pregnancy and newborn photo-shoots are done in my indoor studio with plain backdrops so it’s not distracting to your gorgeous new bundle. Newborn photo shoots can take up to 2 – 3 hours depending on the bub’s routine or if a feed is needed. For babies older than 6 months I prefer a mix of indoor & outdoor portraits.
